Zach has been asking for risotto for weeks now. I made it a couple of times last year, but I never really loved it because of the gritty bite when it was al dente. We finally decided to make it this week, and Zach surprised me by basically quoting a couple of recipes by heart. Apparently he had been reading up on how to make risotto and decided to take over the whole process. I have to say that it was DELICIOUS! I can't believe how good it was and how much I loved him cooking for me. Here's a little shot of him in the kitchen.
