- Preheat oven to broil. Put aluminum foil over a baking sheet.
- Pat salmon dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Broil for 2 minutes.
- Add the mustard mixture on top and broil for 5 more minutes.
2 T. dijon mustard
2 T. brown spicy or whole grain mustard
1 T. white wine
1 T. olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
Add rosemary, thyme or dill if you have it.
