cheese, glorious cheese!

For our big family Christmas dinner, my mom asked me to assemble a cheese plate since she knew about my recent discovery of Trader Joe's excellent cheeses (at excellent prices).  I managed to fight the crowds and pick out a varied selection of cheeses, following Ina's recommendations.  I assembled them on a lovely platter we were given for our wedding.

{Side note about Trader Joe's: giving little kids grocery carts the week before Christmas makes navigating this tiny store nearly impossible.  It's like they can anticipate where you want to go and block every move you make to pass them.}
