One of my favorite discoveries since getting married (and refusing to buy cable) is a PBS cooking show called "America's Test Kitchen." Every recipe I have tried has been consistently delicious and easy to follow. This is my favorite: Pepperoni Pan Pizza! Find the recipe here. It does take awhile to make, but it has become a favorite date night meal - we get to cook together and then cuddle up on the couch and watch a movie. Last night we added mushrooms, red peppers and spicy sausage to make a supreme pizza.
