My mom's birthday is 2 days before mine, so we have always celebrated together. This year is sad, because I won't actually see her on her birthday and she won't see me on mine. So we decided to celebrate early with a delicious meal at Cork'n Cleaver. Caps'n cheese, black and bleu salmon, and the salad bar were yummy, and I also tried caviar for the first time....not so yummy (very salty, very fishy). Zach couldn't come home this time because of tax season, so I'm still waiting to see what he has planned for my birthday :)
