Last night I made a new Barefoot Contessa recipe. After shopping at 3 grocery stores (!) and Target, I came home and made chicken piccata with asparagus. The chicken was perfectly crisp and the sauce was tart and easy to make while the chicken was finishing in the oven. I was going to make a hollandaise sauce for the roasted asparagus, but the piccata sauce was perfect, which made the meal even more simple and satisfying.
