our honeymoon in Mexico - 2007



This little blog is a place to document our life and my favorite discoveries. Although it began from my feelings of loneliness in a new city, it has developed into a positive journal of my stories, finds, and favorite people. 

I'm happily married to my high school sweetheart.  He is laidback, thoughtful, loyal, and calm.  Marriage continues to daily teach me to give up my selfishness to make room to love my husband better. 

I love teaching high school science, cooking, reading, biking, exploring our city, and spending time with family. 

Travelling together has become a surprising favorite, especially since we don't have little ones yet.  Each year we try to budget one big trip.  Next up is Breckenridge, Colorado.
