cowboy cookies and lunch for a boy

Ever since my mom tried this recipe for cowboy cookies, Zach has been asking me to make a batch at home. I have to say these are YUMMY cookies!! I am a big fan of the Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookie recipe, but Martha's cookies come a close second.

When I am home during a break, Zach walks home from work for lunch. He is a sandwich boy through and through. In fact his favorite places to eat would be any type of deli or sandwich shop (whereas I am a pizza girl all the way). I'm sure those of you who know him would agree...

Anyways, one of his new favorites is a turkey sandwich on King's Hawaiian sweet rolls. Add a tiny bit of mayo, spicy brown mustard, and lettuce and you've got a winner.
